Refund policy

At Abrish Leather , we strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience with our smooth return and exchange process.  

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. Please ensure you initiate the process within this timeframe, as requests beyond this period will not be accepted.  

 Return & Exchange Conditions  
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all labels and packaging intact (unless the item arrived damaged).  
- Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected before processing the exchange or refund.  
- If returning an item for a refund, we will only refund the item price—the original shipping cost is non-refundable.  
- Customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are specifically crafted as per your preferences.  
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged.  
- Exchange will be processed for the same value; any price difference will be included in the invoice.

 Payment Methods:  
We accept the following payment methods:  
- Cash on Delivery (COD) - Not applicable for customized orders  
- Online Bank Transfer  
- JazzCash  


 Return & Exchange Guidelines  

 Order Cancellation  
- Cancellation requests can only be made before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, it cannot be canceled.  

 Exchange Policy  
You may exchange an item if:  
- It is in original condition with labels and packaging intact  
- The item was damaged during transit (supporting images required)  
- You received an incorrect item (supporting images required)  

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please confirm with us before requesting an exchange.  

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.  

Refund Process:  
- Customers can request a refund within 7 days of receiving their order by emailing return@abrishleather.com.  
- The item must be returned in its original condition with all labels and packaging intact. 
- If the item was damaged during transit, supporting images with attached labels must be provided.  
- Refunds will not be issued if the product is missing its original labels, damaged, or used excessively.  

Once the returned item reaches our processing facility, we will begin the inspection process. Within 24 hours of receiving the item, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds typically take 2 working days to reflect in your account.  

To process an exchange or refund, we require:  
- Your order number  
- Photos of the item  
- Any additional details that help us understand the issue  

If an item is returned and does not meet our return/exchange guidelines, the request will not be processed.
